Gee...the circus (sorry I mean The Tribe Square and the Village of Quarterpath ) are/is coming to town. I am sure it will be peaceful for a period of time. Then what? The approval of these "developments" when smoothly and without a long period of delays. I guess it does not matter that it will change to an over stimulation of the area...but of course everything changes in a matter of time.

It is not like obtaining approval for additional accommodations for the Bed and Breakfast industry in town. That discussion and review took years and ended with disapproval. Sure there was an approval with a large restriction confining advancement. The fact that is presently brings the flowing of tourism into the Williamsburg area and a good economic base. The guests at these establishments stimulate the economic growth to restaurant, retailer..and most important the City of Williamsburg means of support. Why put out the welcome candle?

Maybe not germaine to this situation, but consider that if an 18 year old guy takes a topless pic of his 17 year old girlfriend, that is considered child pornography and he becomes listed as a sex offender for life.
Perez Hilton is being charged with child porn for taking a picture of a nearly 18 year old Miley Cyrus at one of her shows that was determined to be too revealing.

Parents have been charged with possession of child porn for taking pics of their small naked kids at the beach.


It is tough to make this point without taking a beating, but before we go charging people for child porn, we really need to make sure that is the situation. The mental image that comes from the term child porn is horrendous.

Topless shots from a sexting teenager just does not merit destroying the life of the recipient.

what is going on in the minds of men who get off on little kids? there's obviously a huge market for this behavior. those kids are traumatized forever. they live with that assault every day for the rest of their lives. what is the solution?
