Kingsmill Hiring for 200 Positions

Kingsmill-exteriorKingsmill is looking to fill 200 full-time, part-time and seasonal positions, and will start the employee search at a job fair this weekend.

Kingsmill Resort will host the job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the Fairfax Room at the resort. Of the 200 available jobs, 13 are full-time positions, including spots for a cosmetologist, a director of events management, an IT manager and more.

The seasonal jobs offered include house attendants, reservationists, front desk personnel, lifeguards and more. See a full list of the positions available here.

Before getting hired, applicants will have to successfully complete hair drug-testing and a background check. Minors must have parental consent to apply for a job at Kingsmill. For more information, contact Kingsmill’s Human Resources office at (757) 253-3913.

All Kingsmill Resort employees are eligible, after working one year and 1,000 hours, for the Xanterra Kingsmill LLC 401(k) plan. All employees also receive discounts on Kingsmill merchandise, golf and tennis privileges with significantly reduced fees, discounted spa services and fitness club discounts. Kingsmill Resort and Spa includes 422 rooms, six restaurants, a conference center, a full-service spa and fitness center, marina and tennis center. It also features three award-winning golf courses. The resort was sold by Busch Properties, Inc. to Xanterra Parks and Resorts, Inc. in July.
