Late-Night Armed Robbery at York HotelBy WYDaily Staff Wednesday, June 08, 2011 York County sheriff’s deputies are investigating an armed robbery Monday night around 11:10 at the Days Inn in the 700 block of Lightfoot Road.Two men, both armed with handguns, robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash. One suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 25 years old, between 5'10" and 6' tall and weighing 155-165 pounds. He displayed a large black semiautomatic pistol. The second suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years old, about 5'8" and between 175-185 pounds. He wore a dark blue or black baseball cap with a gold sticker on the brim, and displayed a small black semiautomatic pistol. Both suspects wore T-shirts over their faces. Police were unable to get a description of the suspects' vehicle. No one was injured during the robbery, police said. I realize this G. How much longer before it's in JCC? Do we just wait till they start happening? How about being a little pro-active and drive around towns/business to keep it from creeping up into JCC???? Naaah---$50 speeding tickets are much better.....

The gas station next door is the only one in town...and probably a 20 mile radius that has a safety glass enclosed area for the store employee and money. Take a lesson from them and lock the doors at night if you need to.
What a terrible situation to be known as an easy target.
