No Arrests in Friday Stabbing in James City CountyBy Sam Thrift Saturday, August 27, 2011 Maj. Steve Rubino of the James City Police Department said there are no arrests in the Friday night stabbing of 27-year-old Tabitha Russell of Judy Drive in James City County. Rubino said in a press release that Russell died at 9:29 p.m. from a stab wound to the throat after a physical altercation with another adult female and other individuals in the Windy Hill Trailer Park on Judy Drive. Russell was pronounced dead at the scene. The police have questioned a number of individuals and witnesses, according to Rubino. The homicide remains under investigation and no charges have been filed at this time.
