I pray that this young lady makes it right with God. I believe in justice but justice doesn't bring Tabby back to us. More important I pray that this couple can at some point find peace with what has happened. I know Gods will is good no matter how bad it seems. Tabby didn't deserve this no matter what the true story is or who started the fight it shouldn't have ended in a death.
