VIDEO: Veterans, Schoolchildren Cast Tribute Tower Bell

The casting of a bell for the Veterans Tribute Tower yesterday in New Town marked the beginning of the Virginia Veterans Tribute, with schoolchildren and veterans helping to create a bell for the tower during a ceremony. The event was possible with the help of Verdin, an Ohio business that can build bells in front of the audience.
