The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office needs help identifying a person in a photo found on a phone near a car that had been broken into yesterday outside of Ruby Tuesday near the Kiln Creek neighborhood.

An unknown suspect broke a window on a pick-up truck outside of the restaurant located in the 3100 block of Kiln Creek Parkway and stole electronics, according to a press release.

The photo shared by the sheriff’s office was recovered from a cell phone found near the vehicle, but police aren’t sure the phone is connected to the theft.

Authorities are trying to find the man in the photo so they can find out if he saw something or knows anything about what happened.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
