Kingsmill Resort Looking to Hire 200 Employees

Kingsmill Resort is hosting two job fairs this month in order to fill 200 positions.

The positions are a mix of full-time, part-time and seasonal, according to the company.

The first fair will be held Saturday, Jan. 21. The second, which will be devoted just to finding seasonal food and beverage employees, will be held on Monday, Jan. 30.

The resort is especially on the lookout for restaurant and recreation employees to staff its new two-story, nautical-themed restaurant at the resort’s marina and a new luxury family pool complex. These two projects, set to be completed in May, are part of a massive, multi-phase expansion program.

Currently, the resort includes 422 rooms, six restaurants, a 17,000-square-foot conference center, a full-service spa and fitness center and a marina.

Kingsmill Resort has many seasonal positions available including events management, spa services, and golf, marina and hotel operations. Kingsmill provides competitive wages and benefits such as discounts on resort merchandise, spa services, fitness clubs, golf and tennis.

Full-time employees are offered a benefits package which includes health insurance and paid vacations. All employees are eligible for the resort’s 401(k) plan after working for one full year.
