Local Real Estate Broker Bob Sheeran Leaves Sotheby'sBy Desiree Parker Saturday, January 14, 2012
It wasn’t just a poor economy that contributed to the shift, Sheeran said. “I could not take another day, bearing that debt” related to the business, he said, frankly. The office had mostly luxury listings, and they just didn’t sell, he explained. “I love the brand and have nothing but respect for Sotheby’s,” Sheeran added. He moved to William E. Wood earlier this week along with eight of his Sotheby’s team, according to the William E. Wood website. “We are so happy that they have joined our team,” the website reads. “The Best in the Business just got even better!” Sheeran said of William E. Wood managing broker Ted Evans, “I have always thought the world of him,” and as for the office in general, “I feel comfortable about [the move] and have always thought highly of William E. Wood.” Visit the William E. Wood website to contact Sheeran or any of the other real estate agents in the office. |
