Yorktown - LaKashia D. “Kiki” Menns entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009 in her home.

She was a proud graduate of Lafayette High School, Class of 2000. After graduating, she continued her education at Kee Business College, where she received her certification in Accounting. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her mother, Harlene; father, Bernard; sister, Yolanda; brother, Bernard;  niece, Kyara; nephew, Brandon; aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of other loving relatives and many caring friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 5, 2009, in Whiting’s Chapel with the Rev. Ann R. Johnson officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 103 Running Cedar Court, Yorktown by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
