Two victories against ACC opponents helped William and Mary secure its second ever National Invitation Tournament bid last season. The Tribe will get their shot at encore.

The Tribe will face Virginia and North Carolina in the 2010-11 season, according to men's basketball schedules released by the Atlantic Coast Conference on Thursday.

 

William and Mary went 22-11 last season, losing to North Carolina in the first round of the NIT. The Tribe scored road victories over ACC foes Wake Forest and Maryland last season.

William and Mary will travel to Charlottesville on Nov. 12 to face Virginia.

The Tribe will return to Chapel Hill, N.C., on Dec. 21 to face the Tar Heels in the Dean Smith Center on ESPN2.

Big East power Syracuse hosts the Tribe on Nov. 21 in the Legends Classic.

William and Mary has not released its full schedule.
