Corey Brown hit four three pointers to lead all scorers with a game-high 16 points, Brandon LaRose scored 12 and Braden Sutton chipped in with 10 as the Trojans (12-3) took care of Bay Rivers foe Tabb at home. Brandon Yancey was the only Tigers' (8-6) scorer in double figures with 10 points. Dan Schiele finished with nine, and Tabb’s leading scorer Shaq Rodney was held to a season-low six points. Tabb travels to take on rival York on Wednesday.

Warhill 13  13  18  19  10 – 73

York 15  16  19  13  6 – 69

York (2-10, 1-9 Bay Rivers) led for most of the game until mid-way through the fourth quarter when Warhill’s defensive pressure forced the Falcons into several costly turnovers. The Lions (5-5 Bay Rivers) got another dominant performance from sophomore guard Devonte Dedmond (21 points), who scored at least 20 points for the third straight game. Brandon Pugh scored 21 off the bench, and Da’Quan Braxton added 15 including several big three’s in the final quarter. Brandon Harvell’s career-high 35 points paced the Falcons, and Chase Gibson finished with 14. Falcons’ coach Bobby Pearce said the Falcons “weren’t as patient in the fourth quarter, a credit to Warhill’s defensive pressure.” York’s 6-16 mark from the free-throw stripe also led to them fumbling the lead late.
